Tenants
For maintenance issues during the periods in which we are closed, please log all issues via our website www.orchards.co.uk/tenants and clicking on the report maintenance button. This will take you to a our reporting tool which will be sent to our maintenance and repairs team to make contact.
These will be dealt with based on the severity of the issue reported.
For out of hours maintenance emergencies please call 01525 40 22 66 and press 2 to be diverted to our out of hours emergency maintenance team. Please only used this service in case of an emergency, any call out charges which occur due to a maintenance issue which was not an emergency and could have been reported via out online reporting tool may be charged to you.
Please do not use this service to report threat to life issues for example
