Three of those are our new recruits, Emma, Emily, and Carla. With the increase in demand for moving home, they are welcome additions to our thriving team, continuing our focus on passion for property, and customer service for our clients. Not only have we added to our staff, we have also upsized our physical office space in order to accommodate them.

ARLA-qualified Emma has worked in Estate Agency for over 15 years. This experience, combined with her hardworking and passionate nature, means that she is best placed to find you the right home, going the extra mile and leaving no stone unturned during the process. Emma, who lives in Old Stratford with her husband and son, loves spending time in her garden, seeing all her friends and family, and she makes sure to always have chocolate within arm’s reach.

Emily joined the Lettings industry in 2015, progressing her career to her current role as Lettings Manager with Orchards. A firm believer that honesty is the best policy, she has also learnt a wide variety of skills over the years in both listening and conversation, enabling her to match tenants to the perfect property. Her own idea of the perfect property is a rural character home, where she can live with her Golden Labrador, Mambo.

Carla is our newest staff member, joining in 2021. With a background in public-facing retail, plus her friendly approach, she is perfectly placed to provide exceptional customer-focused advice. Driven to learn, challenge herself, and succeed, embarking on a career in Estate Agency was a no-brainer. Originally from Ireland, she has lived locally since 2017 – her favourite thing to do in Bedfordshire is a sunny stroll along the town centre embankment.
