Prior to your property going onto the market, we will as you to complete a simple questionnaire, providing us with insight to your home, helping us prepare a in depth and accurate set of details, we will also arrange for members of the sales team to visit the property and sit down with you and go through a range of questions to ensure we are fully aware of everything we need to know about your property, and have first hand information available for viewings.
