Example 1

The vendor had fallen ill and did not want to deal with the foot traffic of viewings, so they decided to try and sell via a ‘we buy any house’ company. However, they contacted us to say that they had received a very low offer. We organised a private sale for substantially more than the offer, and with only a single off-market viewing.

Example 2

A buyer approached us during difficult circumstances. They were going through a divorce with multiple ties to the local community, including schooling. They needed to find something quickly as their property was now under offer and progressing quickly. Their particular needs, wants, and budget constraint were a stumbling block. We identified properties that we believed would suit their needs, made contact directly with the owners, and successfully negotiated a sale.
