What We Are Doing to Improve Orchards for All
Over the last few months, we have been implementing improvements to our business, our service, and your experience. We have taken into account the feedback that we have received from clients, listening and learning from it. Our aim is to make the process of selling, buying, letting, and renting easier for all, developing methods to coincide with a more flexible and accessible environment – the ‘new normal’. Here are the changes that are already in place, and what is still to come…
Lettings
Tenants are now able to provide self-service inspections if they are uncomfortable with a property manager visiting.
We have digitalised the entire process of securing a property, with application forms, instant online debit card holding fees, e-signatures, and digital Right to Rent.
Online payment options are available.
We have launched a beta maintenance portal, with full landlord and tenant portal due to be launched in Spring.
Tenants will be able to view rental statements, as well as raise and track maintenance issues.
Landlords will be able to see rent statements, maintenance issues, and booked viewings, along with feedback.
There will also be a lettings progression tool, so that tenants can see a clear and easy step-by-step process of the let, and exactly what is outstanding.
Sales
We have created online viewing booking forms, and online offer forms.
We have added a free instant online valuation tool to our website.
We feature video tours and more detailed property brochures.
We are rolling out an online portal for buyers and vendors. Buyers will be able to see their arranged viewings, and to provide feedback instantly afterwards. Vendors will be able to see viewings booked on their property, feedback from previous viewings, marketing statistics, and details of any offers received.
Both vendors and buyers will have access to a sales progression portal, which will automatically update both parties each time that we hit a new milestone, and with what is outstanding.
People
For the benefit and safety of our staff, and our clients, we have increased the capability of our systems to work remotely. This enables us to work efficiently from anywhere.
Additionally, the positive feedback that we have earned would not have been possible without our team, so as a small gesture towards those that have worked so hard over the past 12 months, we have enrolled them in a perks platform to show our appreciation.
Presence
The launch of our blog will present plenty of insightful information for everyone.
Along with this is our new monthly buy to let analysis for landlords, which assesses properties on the market with all agents as potential buy to lets, including yield calculations and returns.
