We know that everyone is eager to see life resume as normal, as quickly as possible, and for some people that includes thinking about what to do, upsize, downsize or just to get abetter understanding of the value of their estate.

So whilst valuations are a crucial aspect of planning for the future we appreciate that not everyone is quite ready for them to be carried out face to face.

Thats why when you click the book a valuation link it will give you a choice of three methods of valuation.

1) In Person (By Strict Social Distance Guidelines)

2) Via Video Call - Show us around you home digitally via Zoom.

3) A Desktop Valuation - Provide us with photos and detailed description of your home, and we will provide you with an indepth report as to the market value.
